Create an Account This guide will help you to create an account at CarbonChat cloud or any self-hosted CarbonChat installations.

If you’re using CarbonChat cloud, you may open docs.carbonchat.arnowa.com and click on the "Create an account" button. This button will take you to the signup page.

Given below are the fields and their description required to signup.

Field Name Description
Full Name Enter Your Full name eg: Sherlock Holmes
Work email Enter a valid work e-mail address e.g.: Sherlock@companyname.com
Account name Enter the name of your company eg: Demo Company
Password Password must contain at least one uppercase character (A-Z), at least one number character (0-9), at least one special character (!@#$%^&*()_+-=[]{}'"/^.,`<>:;?~)
Confirm Password Confirm password should match with the password given above

After signing up you’ll be directed to your dashboard, to complete the signing up process you’ll need to verify your email address through a verification email sent to your registered email id. The verification email would contain all the instructions from CarbonChat as shown below.

Click on Confirm my account button.

Horray! You have verified your account at CarbonChat. Follow the steps below to set up your account so that you can be productive using CarbonChat.
